Shawn's Home

My son is a wildlife biologist and home from his summer field work.  He has had this pair of Red Wings boot for at least 6 years and they have grown in character with all of his activity.   This is also my experiment with laying the lights values super thick in pastel to see if I can get an effect similar to oils.  I ground the stick into the surface and actually made it three dimensional.  I like this approach and will keep playing with it in the future.
