Fire Season Sunrise - Trinity Mountains, Idaho

We were visiting our son and daughter in law in Idaho. To escape the smoke from the fires we went camping in the mountains.  I woke up to witness the most spectacular and eerie sunrise.  The sky was brilliant red with the sun a glowing yellow orb.  All this was highlighted by the stark mountains and jagged trees.  It was a  moment of beauty that I have tried to interpret in paint.
