Day 6 of 30 Paintings in 30 Days:  I got a late start today, My husband and son were home and I decided to play hookey and take a hike in the snowy woods with them. The sun was shining and the cast shadows of the trees were pure cobalt blue.   I thought I might get a painting at a demo I did this evening but no such luck.  For that reason I am posting my little onesie I painted the other day.  I call it a onesie because it was painted in two 30 minute sessions.  I literally set the timer and go!  The break in between is used to check the progress.  The break is as important as the painting.  I was going to post this in Wed, which is my long teaching day but instead I'll paint two tomorrow.
