Congrats on completing your challenge. I thoroughly enjoyed reading your insights and observations on what you learned while exploring watercolor. Especially your comments on the importance or paper and water as a pigment.Very true. Water is the forgotten element when rookies start with watercolor. It's more than a vehicle for delivery of the pigment. I especially liked EDGEWISE. Clean, crisp, and gestural brushstrokes are so important. I look forward to trying out your suggestion on using the Teal hue. My experiences with Aquaboard makes me think of painting on linen with oils and you get to make corrections! Look forward to your lecture on entering competitions.
